As a former competitive lacrosse player and downhill ski racer, Coach Taylor has transformed his own passion for team sports into proven training strategies for boosting performance on the field, the court or the race course. 

Whether your goal is to gain traction in the off-season, or to add complementary cross-training between practices, games and race days, Coach Taylor collaborates closely with team coaches and parents to track progress, assign personalized homework and achieve a collective sense of accountability and camaraderie.

Before beginning training, each athlete will undergo a three-part mobility evaluation, as well as a strength & power assessment that helps Coach Taylor target specific strength and mobility goals, while also identifying opportunities for injury prevention. 

"This past fall Taylor designed a preseason basketball-specific program for Evergreen High School Basketball. Players from incoming freshmen to seniors participated and they all achieved substantial gains in strength, quickness, speed, and explosion.

Taylor's program was instrumental in preparing us for the start of our season.
