Food journaling, made easy. Simply snap a photo of everything you eat for two weeks, and follow up with Coach Taylor on a 30-minute call. You’ll walk away with an incremental, actionable strategy for meaningful shifts to your diet.

CUSTOM NUTRITION PROGRAM

Following a nutrition audit or baseline questionnaire, you’ll receive a detailed plan outlining priority ingredients, sample meals, portion sizes, macronutrient ratios and daily calorie recommendations. Then, get the accountability you need to take action with weekly or biweekly calls to discuss your progress.

COACHING CHECK-INS

At each of these check-ins, we will collaborate and discuss how to implement small, sustainable habits that support the performance goals we’ve identified together. Broken up into 15-20 minute calls, each session is scheduled as we determine appropriate.
