Ranging from two to six participants, get the focused attention of personal training, plus the camaraderie and energy that comes with consistent workout buddies. From couples, to siblings, friends and coworkers, this is semi-private training with extra accountability.
REMOTE TRAINING
Fitness for busy schedules
For those who travel frequently or are unable to consistently schedule in-person training sessions, Coach Taylor also offers options for virtual personal training programs. Meet once a month—or go fully remote—while still receiving the detailed instruction and feedback of an experienced trainer.
*All training packages begin with a required Functional Movement Screen: a seven-part evaluation that helps Coach Taylor target specific strength and mobility goals, while also identifying opportunities for injury prevention.
