EARN IT. OWN IT.
From high school teams, to pro players and weekend warriors, Evergreen Performance serves high-performing athletes of all ages. With an in-depth focus on functional movement and the habits that fuel effective everyday training, Coach Taylor Jackson helps break down your most ambitious goals into an actionable, step-by-step strategy.
ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE
How smooth do you move?
Graceful, intuitive movement is the foundation of speed, power and endurance. By taking proactive steps to analyze and practice improved movement quality, we gain new skills. Mastering those skills are where your goals become reality.
STRENGTH
Are those muscles for show or for “go”?
Too often, our culture focuses on the aesthetics of strength, rather than its functional benefits. Rather than training for superhero bulk, we strive for the stability, alignment and confidence to charge ahead when the going gets tough.
INJURY PREVENTION + REHAB
Do you train for today or for the future?
When fitness focuses exclusively on “gains,” it overlooks the essential goal of resilience. Rather than pushing through old injuries, we strive for the goal of lifelong play through optimized movement patterns and proactive daily habits.
EVERGREEN PERFORMANCE
ASSESSMENT PROCESS
Coach Taylor Jackson starts by getting to know you—your athletic history, your fitness goals and the everyday habits that support (or hinder) your progress. Beginning with a technical assessment of your movement quality, Taylor identifies current strengths and opportunities for growth, establishing a consistent fitness practice that yields meaningful results.
"The results that Taylor helped produce for me—both in the weight room and on the field—were just incredible. From the time that I started training with him, I felt like a different player. I went up 3.5" in my broad jump, over 60lbs in the trap bar deadlift, and you could definitely tell that I [was among] the better conditioned athletes [during Team USA pre-season practices].”
